Designed for how patients decide
Most patients are looking for reassurance.
Some are booking a routine check-up; many are nervous, comparing options for a bigger treatment, or in pain. The structure makes each of them feel looked after, without overselling.
Booking-led, never pushy
An appointment request sits in the header, every hero, a closing band and a fixed bar on phones, with the phone number beside it. One setting changes it everywhere.
Treatment pages that explain
Each of the six treatments has its own overview, reasons patients enquire, the usual process, FAQs and related treatments, not one page with the name swapped.
Responsible clinical language
No promised results, statistics or before-and-after claims. Every treatment page says suitability depends on an assessment by a qualified dental professional.
Dentists as ordinary pages
Each profile is a page under Our Dentists with a portrait, role and focus. The menu, team grids and form read them, so adding a dentist is done once in wp-admin.
Care for nervous and urgent patients
Patient information for anxious visitors and families, and an emergency page that sends severe symptoms to emergency services, not a web form.
A form that asks for less
Name, contact details, treatment, preferred dentist and time. No medical history: that is discussed in person, which the form says.
Built to be adapted
A template a real practice can launch on.
The demo runs on its own WordPress installation, built from the same package a client’s website starts from. What you see is what a practice would get.
One config file for the practice
Name, phone, email, opening hours, treatments and navigation live in one file; the header, footer, form and calls to action read from it.
Its own identity layer
Warm ivory, sage and evergreen with an arch motif, in one stylesheet on top of a shared kit, so a rebrand doesn’t touch the page structure.
Elementor-editable content
Every headline, paragraph, button and photo is a native Elementor Free widget, and a saved “Dentist profile” layout makes new profiles quick to build.
A form ready to connect
The appointment request form validates in the browser and on the server. For a live site it connects to the practice’s booking system or a secure form provider.
About the demo content. Everwell Dental Studio, its dentists, testimonials, phone number and email address are fictional placeholders created for this template. The dentist portraits and clinic photography are licensed stock (Unsplash Licence), and the qualifications shown are labelled sample content. None of it is UpHive client work or dental advice.
