- We implement and support. We don’t resell GoHighLevel accounts or run your client’s campaigns.
- Messaging compliance (sender registration, consent and opt-outs) must be in place before SMS goes live; we configure within it.
- API and webhook work depends on the platform features and plan the account has; we confirm what is possible before scoping.
- Timelines are agreed after we have reviewed the account and the brief, never before.
