Agency partnerships
A development team that works under your name.
Agencies bring us in for overflow builds, specialist WooCommerce work and ongoing support. 300+ websites worked on since 2016. You stay your client’s agency; we are the developers behind it.
Most agencies don’t need another vendor. They need a reliable pair of hands for the work that arrives at the wrong time.
The WooCommerce build that lands alongside three other launches. The support queue nobody owns. The integration that needs a developer rather than a designer. That is the work we take on, so your team can keep its focus on clients, strategy and design.
Ways to work together
Three arrangements, one standard.
Project by project
You send a brief and designs; we scope, estimate and build. Good for overflow and one-off builds. You get a written estimate before anything starts.
Reserved capacity
A block of development hours reserved for an agreed period, pointed at whatever is in your queue. How unused hours are handled is agreed up front.
Support retainer
We look after a set of your client sites: updates, fixes and small changes, with a written log of the work you can forward.
White-label, where you want it
Your brand stays in front.
How we stay invisible
- We work in your staging environments, repositories and project tools
- No UpHive credits in site footers, code comments or admin screens
- We join client calls as part of your team, or not at all. Your call.
- An NDA before we see your client’s work, if you need one
What you get back
- A written scope and estimate before work starts
- A staging link for every review round
- QA notes covering browsers, devices, forms and checkout
- Handover notes for your team or your client
What we need from you
- Designs or a clear reference: Figma, XD or an existing site
- Access to hosting, staging or a repository
- One point of contact for decisions
- Content, or a plan for who supplies it
Process
How a project runs.
Understand the brief
We review the requirements, designs, functionality, available access and your expectations before any work begins.
Define the scope
We agree deliverables, responsibilities, estimate, milestones and how we will communicate. Timelines are set here, once the scope is clear.
Build and test
Development happens in a suitable staging environment, with functionality and compatibility checked throughout.
Review and refine
You review the work and send consolidated feedback; we make the agreed revisions. Anything outside the scope is discussed before it is built.
Launch and support
We help with the agreed launch process, hand over the information your team needs, and stay on for technical support where required.
Questions agencies ask
Before you send the first brief.
Will you talk to our clients directly?
Only if you want us to. By default we work through you. If it helps, we join calls as part of your team.
How do you price work?
Per project from a written scope, or as a reserved block of hours for ongoing work. You get a written estimate before anything starts.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope, the integrations involved, the number of review rounds and how quickly feedback comes back. We don’t quote durations before we have seen the brief. Once the scope is clear, we agree the timeline and milestones in writing before development begins.
Can you work with our theme, builder or stack?
Yes. Most of the sites in our portfolio are built with Elementor, and we also write custom themes and plugins. We follow your conventions.
Do you only work in WordPress?
WordPress and WooCommerce are our focus. We also implement GoHighLevel, covering funnels, CRM pipelines and automated follow-ups, when a client’s marketing runs on it.
What happens if a project grows mid-build?
We flag it as soon as we see it, with an updated estimate, before doing the extra work.
Which time zones do you cover?
We work with agencies in the US, Canada, the UK and Germany. Meeting times and response windows are agreed per project, not assumed.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before we see your client’s work, if you need one.
